Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their Google Play account settings. Cancellation will stop future billing. However, cancellation does not provide a refund for the current billing period.
All payments made within the app are processed securely through Google Play. Refund requests are subject to Google Play's refund policies and must be requested directly through the Google Play Store.
If any appointment or booking feature is cancelled, refund eligibility will depend on the applicable cancellation terms displayed within the app.
